Jqk22 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the jqk22 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1Acceptance of Terms and Platform Use
By registering an account or using any part of the jqk22 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to register or continue using the platform.
The jqk22 platform is an online entertainment service available only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that use of this service is lawful in your place of residence. jqk22 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and jqk22 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.
2Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the jqk22 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details — including your username and password — confidential. jqk22 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect this information. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.
Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Any false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
- Sharing your account with another individual
- Registering an account on behalf of another person
- Using another person's personal information to register
- Using your account for fraudulent activity or money laundering
- Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation
3Payments, Transactions, and Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the jqk22 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods including Touch 'n Go (TNG), FPX, Maybank, and CIMB. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to platform policy and may change from time to time.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit. jqk22 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the chosen payment method and verification requirements.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to the specified rollover requirements. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until rollover conditions are fully met. jqk22 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through illegitimate means or suspicious activity.
Approved and processed transactions cannot be reversed except under circumstances specified by platform policy. In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect fund crediting, jqk22 reserves the right to correct the error and recover any excess funds.
4Platform Usage Rules and Liability Limits
Users are prohibited from using the jqk22 platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates these terms. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to hack or disrupt platform systems, using automated software to place bets or play, and any form of collusion or syndication between players to manipulate the system.
Jqk22 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause service disruptions. jqk22 will not be liable for any losses incurred by users as a result of such disruptions.
Jqk22's total liability under all circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the thirty calendar days preceding the claim. jqk22 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from the use of this platform.
All content on the jqk22 platform, including logos, graphics, text, software, and design, is the exclusive property of jqk22 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from jqk22.
5Account Suspension Policy and Third-Party Links
Jqk22 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any provision of these terms, engaged in suspicious or fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or failed to comply with identity verification requirements.
When an account is closed due to a terms violation, jqk22 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance that has not yet met its conditions. However, any legitimate deposit balance not subject to dispute will be returned to the user via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the jqk22 customer support team. Voluntary account closures will be processed within three to five business days.
The jqk22 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. jqk22 has no control over the content or privacy policies of those websites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of such third-party links. Access to those links is entirely at your own risk.
6Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Jqk22 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these terms will always be available on this page with a clear update date. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure compliance with the latest terms.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms are published will be considered full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jqk22 operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be addressed through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution procedure under applicable law.
